Processing your personal data
We use your personal data carefully and appropriately. We treat your personal data confidentially and we apply suitable security measures in order to maintain that confidentiality. We otherwise use your personal data only if there is a legal basis for doing so, as stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Functional cookies:
Session cookies: these cookies serve mostly to monitor whether or not you are logged in and what page you are visiting. They are necessary for the provision of our online services. No permission is required for this.
Analytical cookies:
Google Analytics: these cookies monitor statistics and visitor behaviour; the information is anonymised. To safeguard your privacy, we use Google Analytics in our website in accordance with the instructions of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (15 August 2018), so that there are no or only slight consequences for your privacy. Your permission is therefore not required.
We have also concluded a processing agreement with Google, masked the final octet of the IP address, deactivated ‘data sharing’, and we do not use Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

Processors/recipients
We provide personal data to third parties or agents only to the extent that it is needed for the legitimate purpose of the processing. Those who come under these categories of recipient are mostly employees, notaries, lawyers, accountants, bailiffs, the judiciary, experts, couriers/postal services, web hosts, IT service providers, and administrators.
All agents/third parties who are engaged by us, including employees and processors, have undertaken to exercise confidentiality, or are bound by the relevant legal obligations of confidentiality. Processing agreements have been made with all processors in order to safeguard the privacy of data subjects.
Your rights
Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to view your personal data and to have it corrected. In some cases, you may also request that your personal data be deleted or that the use thereof be restricted, or object to it being used. If you have given your consent for your personal data to be used for a specific purpose, you may withdraw said consent at any time. If you have provided personal data to us, you have in certain cases the right to obtain this personal data in a form/file that allows you to easily pass it on to another organisation. To exercise any of these rights, you may send us a written request. It should be pointed out, however, that legislation allows a number of exceptions to the aforementioned rights. You also have the right to put complaints to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
We will treat any requests in accordance with the applicable legislation. We may ask you to come to our offices to provide proof of your identity. If a request is rejected, we will of course explain the reasons why.
