Practice area register

The lawyers listed below are registered for the following practice areas in the Practice area register of the Netherlands Bar:

Judith Anema is registered for Company Law (agency relationships and distribution, professional liability, director liability, mergers and acquisitions, companies and associations and foundations);

Roel Hart is registered for Tenancy Law (commercial and residential property);

Ariënne Inden is registered for Employment Law (employment mediation, collective redundancy, international employment law, employee representation);

Hans Jonkhout is registered for Intellectual Property Law;

Stan de Kanter is registered for Environmental Law (spatial administrative law) and Property Law (building law, rights and duties between neighbours, easements);

Rob Meelker is registered for Insurance Law;

Tally Opbroek is registered for Employment Law (collective redundancy, international employment law, employee representation);

Alexander Steenaert is registered for Company Law (mergers and acquisitions);

A condition of registration is to obtain 10 training points every calendar year for each main practice area registered, according to the rules of the Netherlands Bar.
