Roel Hart
Roel Hart has been a lawyer since 1997 and a partner at Marree + Dijxhoorn since 2005. He qualified in 1994 and gained experience in the legal profession before joining Marree + Dijxhoorn. Roel specialises in commercial and residential tenancy law. He is head of the Commercial Property Team.
Since 2018, he has been on the management committee together with Ariënne Inden.
He advises clients and litigates on their behalf on a wide range of issues involving commercial property, including purchase and sale. Project development is also part of his remit. He has a wide-ranging client base, consisting of building companies, property owners and investors, housing corporations, as well as businesses and organisations with extensive dealings with commercial property. Roel is creative and is always determined to find the right solution, and preferably quickly. However, he is prepared to take matters to court if necessary.

Pursuant to this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
