Hans Jonkhout
Hans Jonkhout has worked as a lawyer at Marree + Dijxhoorn since 1988, and became a partner in 2003. He is a mine of information, not just for clients, but also for his office colleagues. Hans is happy in every Practice area, but his greatest passion lies with intellectual property law and the law relating to information and communications. It is therefore no surprise to learn that he is also active in the media and advertising world. Hans specialises in European law. He writes on a range of legal topics.
Hans has developed various initiatives in Eurojuris International, a leading network of independent and selected law firms. He spent six years as chairman of Eurojuris Netherlands, the same length of time as President of Eurojuris International, and was chairman of the Intellectual Property Group and co-founder and director of the International Business Group of Eurojuris International. These positions have enabled him to build up personal relationships in the network, as a result of which he is strongly placed to put your business in touch with the most suitable lawyers in other countries.
Hans is a board member, on a voluntary basis, of a large number of welfare, child care, and cultural organisations.

Hans Jonkhout has registered the following areas of law in the register of areas of law of the Dutch Bar Association: Intellectual Property Law. Pursuant to this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
