Dirk Engelen
Dirk Engelen has been a co-partner of Marree + Dijxhoorn Advocaten since July 1, 2023.
With his Corporate Law Team, he runs a broad corporate law practice, in which they handle and advise on matters in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business partnerships and (re)structuring. In addition, his team is involved in commercial contracts (agency, franchise, distribution) and advice in the field of sustainability and ‘ESG’ (legislation and regulations in the field of Environment, Social and Governance).
